David P. Braun
Attorney David P. Braun has been practicing law for 22 years, during which time he has conducted over 150 jury trials in cases involving both misdemeanors and felonies. Mr. Braun has been of counsel for Fitzgibbons Law Offices, P.L.C. since 2007, providing clients throughout Pinal and Maricopa counties with legal services in criminal defense, criminal prosecution, domestic relations, and juvenile law. Prior to joining the firm, he worked for the Pima County Public Defender's Office and the Arizona Attorney General.
Mr. Braun is dedicated to the Arizona community. He is a member of the Volunteer Lawyers Program and a participant in Big Brothers Big Sisters of Tucson. In recognition of his distinguished legal and pro bono services, the Volunteer Lawyers Program named Mr. Braun as "Public Lawyer of the Year" in 2002.
