Richard L. Scholz
Richard L. Scholz is a family law attorney with Fitzgibbons Law Offices, P.L.C., serving clients in Casa Grande and Coolidge. An experienced trial attorney, Mr. Scholz focuses his practice on a range of issues, including divorce, child custody and support, visitation, relocation of children, grandparents' rights, guardianships, and post-decree modifications. He has been practicing family law in Arizona for 20 years, and has litigated cases in Pinal, Maricopa, Coconino, Yavapai, and Mohave counties. His extensive experience includes participating as a member of the Arizona Supreme Court Committee that drafted the Arizona Rules of Family Law and Procedure.
Before practicing law, Mr. Scholz was a member of the United States Air Force from 1963 to 1967, and he remains an active member of the local community. He is currently on the Board of Directors for the Pinal County Bar Association, and has served as president of the Bullhead City Rotary Club, the Bullhead City Economic Development Authority, and the Mohave County Bar Association. He was also a board officer of the American Legion Department of Nevada for Laughlin. Mr. Scholz was born in Chicago and has been a resident of Arizona since 1987.
