Edwinus M. van Vianen

Attorney Edwinus van Vianen offers legal services to individuals, businesses, and government agencies throughout the Casa Grande and Coolidge areas. Mr. van Vianen has represented clients for over 15 years in state and federal courts, for both trials and appeals, and focuses his practice in the areas of litigation, real estate, bankruptcy law, and employment law. Before joining Fitzgibbons Law Offices, P.L.C., he worked as an attorney at an established law firm assisting clients in the areas of estate planning and bankruptcy, and as Assistant Attorney General for the State of Arizona, where he advised agencies in debt recovery and bankruptcy matters. He is currently a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys.

Mr. van Vianen is dedicated to the community, his faith, and working with children. He is on the board of directors for the Saint Thomas More Society, and is a member of the St. Benedict Men's Spirituality Ministry Core Team. He is also a member of the Ahwatukee Children's Theatre and the Ahwatukee Foothills Optimist Club. Mr. van Vianen and his wife Shelly currently reside in Ahwatukee, Phoenix with their three children.
