Steven Moore assists clients with commercial real estate transactions, zoning issues, development approvals, and related municipal law matters.
He also advises businesses owners with ownership transitions, shareholder and member disputes, buy-sell agreements, internal governance concerns, and succession planning.
Steven was born and raised in Michigan before moving to Arizona and earning his bachelor’s degree at Arizona State University. He received his law degree from the University of Southern California, where he served as a staff writer for USC Gould’s Business Law Journal.
Following law school, Steven launched his practice in California, where he represented closely held and founder-owned businesses in merger and acquisition transactions. He returned to Arizona in 2026 to join Fitzgibbons Law.
